Composition
| Each uncoated Bolus contains: | |

| Ofloxacin I.P. | 1000 mg. |
| Ornidazole I.P. | 2500 mg. |
Mechanism of Action:
| Ofloxacin: | It acts by inhibiting bacterial DNA gyrase enzyme which is required for DNA replication & thus causes bacterial lysis. |
| Ornidazole: | Acts by inhibiting bacterial DNA synthesis & degrades existing DNA. |
Indications
Retention of Placenta, Pyometra, Diarrhoea & Dysentery of Amoebic, Bacterial or mixed origin. GI Tract, Urinary Tract & Genital System Infections, Repeat Breeder Condition of Infective Origin, Management of Dystocia & Prolapse of Uterus.
Dosage
| Large Animals : | 1-2 Bolus twice daily or 2 Bolus once a day. |
| Small Animals : | 1/2-1 Bolus twice daily or1 Bolus once a day |
